Refund & Cancellation
Thanks for shopping at iPExpress Jamaica. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, or refund, your item must be inspected by our quality assurance team and be deemed to be defective. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process, errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been printed/produced. Please note that if the order has been produced and customized as per customer request, a cancellation will incur the same full charge for the item, less the shipping cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations and refund requests may be submitted via phone at 876-618-4200. Please provide order number when submitting said requests.
The customer agrees that the risk of loss and title for any printed Product pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
