Common Questions

My Order

If you need to cancel your order email us at support@ipexpressja.com with the order number in the subject requesting a cancellation. A service agent will respond within 24 hours for all other jobs and we will do our best to help.  

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel any orders already in production. However, you can cancel partial or all your items within 1 hour of placing the order. 

You can check the status of your order by emailing us a support@ipexpress.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

You may choose between a full refund or store credit for damaged goods. This covers errors of improper cutting, print quality, color, print shift, and printing delays to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product.  Please e-mail support@ipexpressja.com with images of the goods as you received them. We will respond within 24hours. 

Send an email with your request to support@ipexpressja.com if your order has not been shipped we can change you shipping address. 

Check your junk mail. You can save our email support@ipexpressja.com to your contacts to help recognition.

Delivery

When your order is ready for pick-up or delivery you will be notified via email.

All items are delivered as soon as the production of your item has finished via Doorway Express same day shipping. These production timelines typically average between 2-5 days, but may vary based on item and quantity.

Delivery cost is calculated on check out and is based on item weight, and delivery location. Once you in put your shipping address, shipping cost will be calculated for you in check out. 

We deliver island wide.

On check-out you will see an option to pick-up your items. The pick-up location for items is 21-25 Old Hope Road.

Design Services

We offer design services for all of our product offerings. When you purchase our design services you get two revisions. We also offer additional design hours. If you would still like edits after you’ve received your final draft you can purchase more design hours. We also offer logo designs.

We have base prices for certain products based on the time necessary to design the product. We include 2 revisions with each product order, after this you will have to purchase more design time to complete additional revisions.  

Here at iPExpress we strive to customize your product to the specifications you submit. Our digital proof disclaimer states that we are not responsible for any errors in artwork submissions made.

Proofing is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check the content and spelling very carefully. iPExpress will not be liable for misspelt words or layout content once a file has been approved by the customer. Colours on monitors may vary and are not indicative of the true colour of your digital file. Hard proofs are available upon request.

Upload Help

You can upload your artwork directly to our product page and click ‘add to cart’, after your checkout, it will be sent to our design team/ pre-press team to sign off on the artwork and send to print. If your artwork is not authorized for print, a sales support representative will be in touch with you to let you know the reason and discuss your options with you. Check out the reasons for ‘Why was my design/ artwork not authorized for print below. 

We accept TIFF, EPS, PDF, AI, PSD (recommended), PNG, JPEG, PPT. 

Resolution is the degree of detail visible in a raster or vector image. It’s measured differently depending on the type of image. High resolution means there are many Dots Per Inch i.e.. A higher DPI. Eg. The recommended DPI is 300,  minimum is 150. Low resolution means fewer Dots Per Inch ie. A lower DPI and poorer quality. 

Raster graphics/ Images (like photos) are comprised of pixels or dots of colour.

Vector graphics/ Images are not comprised of pixels, they are calculated and displayed with the help of mathematical equations.

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (black). These are the colours used in the printing process. More colour means more ink, which results in a darker image. CMYK is created by printing coloured dots. 
 
RGB stands for Red, Green and Blue. These are the colours of light used by your monitor to display images on screen. More colour means more light, which results in a lighter image. RGB is created by displaying coloured pixels.  

Check out the question above. It has to do with the way your monitor displays colours as well as how you save your artwork (CMYK vs. RGB). 
 
Images you create on your computer should be created in CMYK mode. This will ensure that the colours you see on-screen will most closely match the final printed product.  
 
Note: JPEG’s are almost always in RGB. 

  • Image quality is too low. Will look pixelated or blurry  
  • Fonts may not be converted to outlines (fonts are missing)  
  • File not correctly sized  
  • Incorrect file format

Payment and Billing

Currently only Visa and Mastercard are accepted

All of our receipts/invoices are sent digitally, to the e-mail the order is placed through.

IPexpress is powered by iPrint Digital.

We adhere to all local and international security protocols to ensure that all information, payment and otherwise is secure from any breaches.

Refunds

Check out our refund policy here. If you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it (pickup or delivery). To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned and inspected by our quality assurance team to be deemed defective or damaged. This does not include anything that is covered by our digital proof disclaimer.
